Why Frozen Bread?

Reasons why bread tastes bad

Freshly baked bread contains a lot of moisture. Over time, the moisture evaporates and becomes dry, so the bread will become harder. The aroma and flavor will diminish over time as well. As a result, the bread will taste bland.

What happens when frozen

Our freshly baked breads are quick-frozen utilizing a special method. It is as if the bread was frozen in time, containing all the moisture and richness. It also reduces the decline in aroma and flavor.

Easy to eat up, balanced heat and size

To ensure that you enjoy the texture, flavor, and the taste you are pursuing, it is thereby because of the result of our quest for a well-balanced baking temperature. It is the portion that stands out. It is not too large and is easy on your stomach.

We want you to feel the taste of Japan by focusing on domestic products as much as possible.

100% domestically produced rice flour is used to produce our soft and fluffy product. We reimagined elasticity. We give special attention to water and use only natural soft water produced in Japan. Our produce was made to be moist and highlight the flavor of the fresh ingredients. Of course, no additives or preservatives are used, so you can enjoy it with peace in mind.

Fresh bread by quick freezing

All our freshly baked breads are locked in at -45°C to hold within all the flavor at once. Once prepared for serving, this allows you to feel the texture and the aroma of freshly baked bread.

How to eat ?

How to serve using a toaster

: Bake in a toaster for 2 to 3 minutes from the freezer.

: Currently, lightly moisten the surface with a misting spray or by other means. This will help to keep the surface moist. The surface crust will become crispier.

: After the timer finishes on the toaster, do not serve immediately, but leave it to warm in the residual heat for about 5 minutes. This allows for a fluffier finish.

How to use a microwave oven for serving

: Warm the product as it is removed from the refrigerator for 30 seconds.

: Bread tends to become hard after being heated in a microwave oven.
Please consume as soon as possible.

To be served naturally defrosted

: Remove from frozen and let it cool down at room temperature for 60 to 90 minutes. Serve as is.

: Bread can also be served warm in a toaster or a microwave oven
