All materials and environment are checked for Halal.
We have many Muslims employees in our company. Few of them, like Mr. Haroon, is a Madrasah graduate & Hafiz-al-Quran. He had studied Islam in depth. He verifies responsibly for all the items including the preparation process, and establishes further correspondence with the Halal certification authority. We only use the materials that have been confirmed and approved as halal. We hope that Muslims living in Japan can enjoy Japanese food with peace in mind. It is our wish.
How to eat ?
How to serve using a toaster
: Currently, lightly moisten the surface with a misting spray or by other means. This will help to keep the surface moist. The surface crust will become crispier.
: After the timer finishes on the toaster, do not serve immediately, but leave it to warm in the residual heat for about 5 minutes. This allows for a fluffier finish.
How to use a microwave oven for serving
: Warm the product as it is removed from the refrigerator for 30 seconds.
: Bread tends to become hard after being heated in a microwave oven.
Please consume as soon as possible.
To be served naturally defrosted
: Remove from frozen and let it cool down at room temperature for 60 to 90 minutes. Serve as is.
: Bread can also be served warm in a toaster or a microwave oven
